More than homes.
We build in neighbourhoods we are part of, so we show up for them too, with sponsorships, donations, and hours on the ground.
We believe it is our responsibility to elevate the communities we are a part of.
A home is only as good as the place it sits in. We have built across Windsor–Essex for over thirty years, and the towns that welcomed our work are the same ones our families live, shop, and raise their kids in. Giving back isn't a campaign; it's paying attention to where we already are.
One way we do that is by supporting organizations working toward the same aim, the arts, housing, animal welfare, mentorship, and relief close to home and far from it.
We give in the ways that help most: sponsorships that keep local institutions running, donations to causes doing hard work quietly, and our own time on the tools when a project needs more hands than dollars.
Strong neighbourhoods are good for everyone, us included.
Hands, not just cheques.
Some of the work we're proudest of doesn't show up on a balance sheet. When there's a way to help where we build, we take it, an afternoon on the corner, a truck run for a local drive, a few hands where they're short.
It's the same standard we hold on site: show up, do it properly, and finish the job.
A day on the corner for Strays on Streetcorners.
A truck bed filled for neighbours in need.
Groceries, diapers, paper goods, the everyday things that run out first. When a drive needs more hands than dollars, our team brings the truck and does the lifting, then gets it where it's going.
Organizations we're proud to back.
Below are organizations we have supported and would like to bring attention to. Each is doing work worth knowing about, so we've linked them here too. Give them a look.
Building where we live.
We're not passing through. The neighbourhoods we build in are the ones we call home, so showing up for them, at the fundraiser, the drive, the event down the road, is just part of the job. It always has been.
Working on something
good for the community?
If your organization is doing work in Windsor–Essex and thinks we can help, we would love to hear about it.
